• Provide in-depth analyses of business processes/operations

Partner with internal audit shops to:

• conduct audits, and augment staff assigned to various types of audits
• complete special projects, and augment staff assigned to special projects

• Collaborate with clients to develop viable action plans in response to recommendations made by other consultants

• Provide internal audit training to develop auditor skillsets and effective auditing techniques
• Provide agency-wide, professional training courses that are tailored to meet specific needs of an organization (e.g., ethics, effective management and supervision, etc.)
